Adoption Makes Family is a licensed, non-profit agency that works with both birth and adoptive parents here in Maryland. Because we are local, we screen our local adoptive parents ourselves using both a detailed Application and Home Study. This allows us to more carefully and effectively match birth and adoptive parents. Then, if you choose to, you can meet the prospective adoptive parents face-to-face. We may be able to set up subsequent meetings as well.
We Are Right around the Corner
Adoption Makes Family is here for you throughout the process, from your initial phone call to the day you give birth and, if you choose, post-adoption counseling. You are welcome to meet with your adoption counselor or we will help you to find a counselor in an area close to you.
